CRUDOXCARBON (Crudo y Carbón) is a new project brought to you by Feryabriel Landrau (IDīLīO) and Ozzie Mendoza (FOWLMOUTH) previously based his roots in New Orleans where he stood out for his level and unique style of Yakitori, he now resides in Puerto Rico.
CRUDOXCARBON mixes the ingredients, techniques and structure of Japanese cuisine with the Caribbean and other parts of the World. Thus turning it into a Caribbean Izakaya. Where Chef Landrau represents the Crude and Chef Mendoza the Coal.
(Izakaya: Place where Sake is traditionally taken accompanied by Japanese snacks. These, for the most part, in limited spaces)
