Michi Negrón wants to transform the "chinchorreo" in Puerto Rico by teaching how champagne, cava, prosseco, etc., is the perfect match for your fried munchies.

But how?! Sparkling wine has the same crunch we find in these kinds of foods, but in liquid form. The acidity and effervescence cut right through the richness and the fat on the plate. This creates the mouth-watering effect that leaves you begging for another "alcapurria de jueyes".
