A Sunday to celebrate clichés
Chef Stephanie Haddock. Wine nerd Michi Negrón.This dinner is the perfect Valentine's Day gift. Join us on Sunday February 12th, we're going to explore gastronomic and wine pairing clichés (the good kind). You'll feed your partner (or date), you'll be blindfolded, we'll dim the lights and light the candles, you'll listen to poetry...let's turn on the romance, get sexy, and of course, eat and drink very well.
5 course dinner, wine pairing and good beats.
Chef Stephanie Haddock
Chef Fanny, inspired by her grandmother's cooking, has been working in the kitchen since she was 19 years old. You can find her in Cocina Abierta, usually in the Atelier, where she learned about the great love she feels for teaching and sharing what she knows with others, leading cooking classes, tasting dinners and being part of the Oriundo team.
Michelle Negron
Michi, wine nerd and Wine Director at Cocina Abierta, works on a menu focused on wines made by women, biodynamic, natural and with minimal intervention, magical, lively wines that speak powerfully about their terroirs and the hands that make them. You can also find her in the Atelier or the restaurant, telling the stories of her favorite viticulturists and trying to infect everyone with her love for wine... especially Champagne and her small wine project in Catalonia, the Flash rosé!
Blessie Casul Perales
Blessie is the owner and professional chocolatier at Ferangi Chocolat, where she grows cacao in Gurabo, Puerto Rico. His work is handmade, he carries out the entire process, from the grain to the chocolate, something he considers magical. One of her greatest gratifications is the smile she receives from the people who sponsor her, who are protagonists of her effort to promote the cocoa industry in Puerto Rico.
