Inspired by a trip to Austin, Texas, Chef Mariano Sena from Bohemia Cocina en Movimiento created this dinner experience, blending the Texan and Bohemian styles.
The dishes include different cuts of meats, smoked meats, and a unique product created in collaboration with AlCor Foods, a Puerto Rican sausage company founded by four Boricua brothers in Santa Juanita, Bayamón, Puerto Rico.
We use the same technique for the vegetarian and vegan options.
