Join us to reconnect with native ingredients from Puerto Rico and the Caribbean in a 6-course culinary experience with everyday flavors and others that we don’t tend to consume but are part of our ecosystem
Oriundo is a culinary project born from multidisciplinary research dedicated to preserving the native ingredients of our biodiversity.
Chef Martín Louzao and his team will elevate your senses using products from Puerto Rico in this culinary journey where you will try different dishes with a lot of history, inspired by his travels.
For those who include pairing in their experience, this proposes to elevate the experience a little more, serving live wines, made by small farmers so that you can take your palate - and your mind - to travel without stepping on a plane.
*Wine pairing not included in the price
*Tip included in the price
(Note: At checkout, please disregard "Tip not included", we're solving this technical issue.)
