Description
In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn about Puerto Rico’s cuisine, from start to finish; a tribute to grandma's recipes and her utensils.
Chef Stephanie will start with the basic ingredients of our kitchen such as "achiote" and "sofrito", while you learn to use and maximize locally sourced ingredients.
