Reservations are subject to our cancellation protocol, described below:
- If a reservation is canceled by the guest seven days prior to the event date, the guest will be entitled to a full refund.
- If canceled after the deadline (7 days before the event), the guest will not be entitled to a refund.
- If the host cancels the event, the guest will be entitled to a full refund.
- Refunds will take ____ to _____ business days to post.
Each experience has a different cancellation policy. You can find this information in the rules of the experience you are interested in. There are 4 types of cancellation policy, these are: Well Flexible, Flexible, 30 Days and 90 Days.
Well Flexible
We will refund 100% of the money if you cancel 24 hours before the event, including fees. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event, your money will not be refunded.
30 days
If you cancel 30 days before the event, we will refund 100% of the money, including fees. If you cancel between 30 and 7 days before the event, we will refund 50% of the money, excluding fees. If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, your money will not be refunded.
90 days
If you cancel 90 days before the event, we will refund 100% of the money, including fees. If you cancel between 90 and 14 days before the event, we will refund 50% of the money, excluding fees. If you cancel less than 14 days before the event, your money will not be refunded.
